TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

All clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, emergency contact information, and valid payment information. Clients are responsible for all bookings, cancellations, purchases, and activity made through their account. Memberships, packages, credits, and promotional offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them.

2. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By providing a payment method, Client authorizes Club Motion Pilates to charge all fees associated with services, including memberships, packages, late cancellation fees, and no-show fees.

3. AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships automatically renew until canceled according to Studio policy. Fees are non-refundable and unused classes do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours before class start time. Late cancellations will result in loss of class credit and possible fees. No-shows are subject to additional charges. Waitlisted clients are still responsible for cancellations.

5. STUDIO ACCESS

The Studio reserves the right to refuse service or revoke memberships for safety or policy violations without refund.

6. HEALTH REPRESENTATIONS

Client confirms they are physically able to participate and will inform instructors of any conditions or injuries.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Motion Pilates is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Clients bring personal belongings at their own risk. The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

Client grants permission for use of images and videos for marketing purposes unless opted out in writing.

10. SMS CONSENT

By providing a phone number, Client agrees to receive SMS communications. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. ACCEPTANCE

By participating, Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
